Our chief product is a range of DISC COUPLINGS that, as an alternative to SELFLUBRICATING GEAR COUPLINGS, offer features that make it easy for the client to appreciate the technical and economic advantages due mainly to the absence of maintenance, the absence of lubrication, the possibility of performing inspections without stopping the installation, and respect of the ATEX standards in Group 2 - Cat.2.

On the basis of the experience acquired in this sector and with the professional contribution of engineers with extensive experience in the field of mechanical construction, in 2002 the company created the SAPITFLEX Engineering Division, with the mission of developing and designing complete systems/services to offer to the clientele on a "turnkey" basis, ranging from the overhaul of specific equipment to the supply of parts or entire mechanical complexes and revamping machinery or installations.
The Division is also organized to supply complete services for monitoring, emergency repairs and routine or scheduled maintenance on the client´s systems, ensuring that their production has all the technical and technological equipment necessary to develop the products and the capability to operate in respect of the Quality Control System.
